If you are experiencing trouble with the WSGS members page, please email WSGS with the following information:

·         What is your Browser type and version?

(Click the help tap in your browser

then click the About tab.

You will see your current version listed).

·         Are you on a network that is running a firewall?

·         What is the exact error message you are receiving?

Are you sure you are typing in the user name and password correctly? The password is case sensitive, so check your Caps Lock key (off).  Be sure that the User name is also in all lower case letters.
